The unpublished exhibition of the self-taught artist Jorge Fonseca brings a series of works produced over the course of 20 years and lends a new meaning to objects of the collective imagination highlighting the affection in simple things of daily life. The singularity of his works arises from the fusion of conceptual art and folk art with the artisanal work and unfolds in a strong contemporary attitude and in a striking criticism of human relations.
