Ambassador Bolat Nussopov presented President Director of THE GUIDE Business Consultancy, Mr. Pedro Paulo Moreira and other journalists with certificates of recognition for the fruitful cooperation for the good relations between Brazil and Kazakhstan.
On July 16, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Brazil held a briefing with Brazilian journalists. The event took place at the embassy, where members of the press were welcomed by the ambassador, Mr. Bolat Nussupov.
The briefing focused primarily on the sweeping political reforms currently underway in the country, including the entry into force of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 1, 2026, the upcoming elections for the unicameral Kurultai, and the formation of the “Qazaqstan Halyq Keñesi” (People’s Council of Kazakhstan).
The journalists showed great interest in upcoming political developments in Kazakhstan, praising the constitutional reforms implemented in the country and whishing Kazakhstan and its people success in the upcoming Kurultai elections.
During the meeting, it was agreed to hold another press briefing following the parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan, scheduled for August 23 of this year.
At the conclusion of the briefing, Ambassador Bolat Nussupov thanked the Brazilian journalists for their many years of fruitful cooperation and, marking the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Brazil, presenting them with certificates of recognition from the Embassy.

Embaixada da República do Cazaquistão realizou briefing de imprensa sobre reformas políticas no Cazaquistão
A Embaixada do Cazaquistão no Brasil realizou no dia 16 de julho um briefing com jornalistas brasileiros. O evento aconteceu na embaixada, local onde os profissionais da imprensa foram recebidos pelo embaixador daquele país, Sr. Bolat Nussupov.
O principal foco do briefing foi dedicado às amplas reformas políticas em curso no país, incluindo a entrada em vigor, em 1º de julho de 2026, da nova Constituição da República do Cazaquistão, as próximas eleições para o Kurultai unicameral e a formação da composição do “Qazaqstan Halyq Keñesi” (Conselho do Povo do Cazaquistão).
Os participantes demonstraram grande interesse pelos próximos acontecimentos políticos no Cazaquistão. Ao elogiarem as reformas constitucionais implementadas no país, os jornalistas brasileiros desejaram sucesso ao Cazaquistão e ao seu povo nas próximas eleições para o Kurultai.
Durante o encontro, foi acordada a realização de um novo briefing de imprensa após as eleições parlamentares no Cazaquistão, marcadas para 23 de agosto deste ano.
Ao encerrar o briefing, o Embaixador Bolat Nussupov agradeceu ao Diretor Presidente do THE GUIDE Business Consultancy, Sr. Pedro Paulo Moreira, e a outros jornalistas brasileiros pelos muitos anos de cooperação frutífera e, por ocasião do 33º aniversário do estabelecimento das relações diplomáticas entre o Cazaquistão e o Brasil e entregou-lhes certificados de reconhecimento da Embaixada.
