The Embassy of the Philippines celebrated the National Day of its country on June 12, 2019, organizing a beautiful dinner, occasion that Ambassador Marichu B. Mauro received the greetings of dozens of guests.

The event took place in the embassy open air areas, where a large stage and dining hall structure was set up for the lively night.

Following the arrival of the guests, the anthems of Brazil and the Pilippines were played. Then, Philippine Ambassador Marichu B. Mauro gave a speech thanking the presence of all and highlighting the good relations of her country with Brazil. After her speech, the representative of the Brazilian federal government also spoke and congratulated the ambassador for the passage of such an important date. They were very applauded by all.

After the speeches, everyone was invited to enjoy a dinner of typical Filipino dishes. During dinner, various dance performances took place, demonstrating the beauty and joy of the Filipino culture. Ambassador Marichu B. Mauro received greetings from everyone for the success of the beautiful celebration.
