Ambassador of Vietnam, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Hoa
The Embassy of Vietnam celebrated the 75th anniversary of their national day on September 1st 2020 (September 2nd 1945 – September 2nd 2020). Due to the the Covid-19 pandemic, the celebration was held in a special manner and only had the Vietnamese ambassador, diplomats, attaches and their families present.

The ambassador held a speech, highlighting the strong presence of Vietnam in the glourious revolution of 75 years ago, reaching the goal of “Wealthy people, strong country, democracy, justice and civilization”. She also pointed the Vietnam’s efforts to strenghten and grow the partership with Brazil, the main partner of Vietnam in South America.
The celebration also included a scenic tour of the beautiful sights of Brasilia, including the stunning colorful ipe trees, very common in the city at this time of the year.
