The Central Library of the University of Brasilia has prepared a very relaxing program for Brasília. From Monday, March 19 until Sunday, March 23, the Indian Art and Meditation Exhibition will be on display.

The event is produced by Sahaja Yoga Brazil. Sahaja Yoga is a meditation practice that takes place in more than 100 countries. Its purpose is to make the practitioners attune to their true essence, called ‘Si’.

The exhibition features paintings, musical instruments and clothing from the ancient Indian culture. Meditation practices will be taught every day and are open to the general public.
