Ambassador of Morocco, Mr. Nabil Adghoghi and ambassadress Siham Belamine
The National Day of Morocco was celebrated on August 6th with a dinner party offered by the embassy, located in the Setor de Embaixadas Norte (North Embassies Sector).
Hundreds of guests came to the celebration. The embassy halls were beautifully decorated with furnishings of Moroccan beauty. At the open air areas dinner tables were set and even a large Moroccan-style tent was set over the lawn. A large screen also showed images of that exotic country.
Ambassador of Morocco, Mr. Nabil Adghoghi, was greeted by the guests. Among them, there were Brazilian authorities and businessmen, foreign ambassadors, diplomats, businessmen and members of Brasilia society.
The anthems of Morocco and Brazil were played. Then, Ambassador Nabil Adghoghi gave a speech thanking the presence of the guests and highlighting the importance of relations between Morocco and Brazil.
After the speech, the guests tasted the traditional Moroccan couscous, as well as typical Moroccan sweets.
The guests congratulated the ambassador Nabil Adghoghi for the success of the beautiful celebration event.
