The embassy of Serbia celebrated its national day on February 18th, 2014. On the occasion, the Ambassador of Serbia, Mr. Ljubomir Milic, received dozens of guests for a dinner at the embassy, located in the South Embassy Sector (Setor de Embaixadas Sul) of Brasília.
Among the guests there were ambassadors, diplomats, Brazilian government officials, Brazilian and Serbian politicians, businessmen and members of the society of Brasilia.
After the arrival of the guests, the anthems of Brazil and Serbia were played and the ambassador Ljubomir Milic gave a speech thanking the presence of the guests and emphasizing the good relations of Serbia with Brazil. The ambassador also thanked the presence of Serbian authorities in the event and spoke about the position of Serbia on issues of international diplomacy.
At the end of the speech the ambassador Ljubomir Milic was applauded by all guests. Then he invited everyone to enjoy a celebration dinner with typical dishes from his country.
All guests thanked the Ambassador of Serbia, Mr. Ljubomir Milic, and other diplomats of the embassy of Serbia in Brazil for the pleasant dinner party.
