The Asia-Oceania Ladies Association of Brasilia – A.O.L.A., an organization formed by wives of members of the diplomatic corps in Brasília, held an Asian cuisine and culture bazaar on August 19th.
The lively event took place at the Museu de Arte de Brasília (Brasília Art Museum (near the Palácio da Alvorada)) and had the support of the Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy of the Government of the Federal District.
The participating embassies presented products and pieces of art from their countries, in addition to typical cuisine that greatly pleased the audience made up of Brazilians and foreign members of the diplomatic corps. The event started at 10am and lasted until 4pm.
The Bazaar was a great example of friendship between the countries and Brazil and in an atmosphere of joy everyone got together and congratulated the members of A.O.L.A. for the beautiful initiative.
