On Thursday, March 13, the Association of Accredited Military Attachés in Brazil (AAMAB) held a gathering at the Íon building in Asa Norte to celebrate the arrival of new military attachés to the country and honor those who stood out in 2024 for their excellent work. The event, held in an auditorium provided by THE GUIDE, featured breakfast, networking, awards, administration plans and an exhibition space for partner brands.

Members of the new administration: President of the Association, General Alan Nuñez Rivera (center -left), from Peru; Vice President, General Tariq Naeem Athar (center-right), from Pakistan; Colonel Ronald Montenegro, from Ecuador (right); and Lieutenant Colonel Gonzalo Sebastián Ojeda(left), from Argentina.
The program began at 10 a.m. with breakfast, followed by a networking session. Afterward, the attachés gathered in the main hall to discuss AAMAB’s goals for the coming months, including events planning, logistics, and criteria for future events.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of medals to military personnel recognized for their service in the previous year. The tribute reinforced the association’s commitment to valuing its members’ contributions. The new associates were also presented to the group of attachés.
Following the discussions, the new administration presented information and projects for this year’s activities. After it, the event opened space for a partner brand exhibition, started by THE GUIDE, which showcased its new Defense page. Other companies also participated, including Audi Brasil, the law firm Delamora Advogados and Rita Trindade Dental Clinic and Spa.

The gathering concluded with a group photo, capturing the moment of unity and planning among the accredited military attachés in Brazil. The Association of Accredited Military Attachés in Brazil aims to strengthen cooperation among foreign military representatives in the country, fostering integration, knowledge exchange, and professional recognition.

Na quinta-feira, dia 13 de março, a Associação dos Adidos Militares Acreditados no Brasil (AAMAB), promoveu um encontro no edifício Íon, na Asa Norte, para celebrar a chegada de novos adidos militares ao país e homenagear aqueles que se destacaram em 2024. O evento, realizado no salão de eventos cedido pela empresa THE GUIDE, contou com café da manhã, confraternização, premiações e espaço para exposição de marcas parceiras.
A programação teve início às 8h, com um café da manhã seguido de um momento de interação entre os participantes. Em seguida, os adidos se reuniram no auditório para discutir os objetivos da AAMAB para os próximos meses, incluindo o planejamento de eventos, logística e critérios para futuros eventos.
Destaque para a entrega de medalhas a militares reconhecidos por seus serviços prestados no ano anterior. A homenagem reforçou o compromisso da associação em valorizar o trabalho de seus membros. Os novos associados também foram apresentados para o grupo de adidos.
Após as deliberações, o evento abriu espaço para uma exposição de marcas parceiras, iniciada pelo THE GUIDE, que apresentou sua página de informações sobre assuntos de Defesa. Outras empresas também marcaram presença, como a Audi Brasil, o escritório de advocacia Delamora e o Rita Trindade Spa Médico Odontológico.
O encontro foi encerrado com uma foto em grupo, registrando o momento de união e planejamento entre os adidos militares credenciados no Brasil. A Associação dos Adidos Militares Acreditados no Brasil tem como objetivo fortalecer a cooperação entre os representantes militares estrangeiros no país, promovendo integração, troca de experiências e reconhecimento profissional.
