CAIXA Cultural, in Asa Sul, hosts a film show featuring productions depicting rural India and globalized India. On screen, films that offer a current panorama of Indian cinema, with a look at both the millenary tradition and contemporary culture of that country. Curated by director and producer Carina Bini, the show features ten films, most of them awarded by the National Award , a major award for Indian cinema, and other festivals.

Mostra do Novo Cinema Indiano na Caixa Cultural
O Teatro da CAIXA recebe uma mostra de cinema com produções que retratam a Índia rural e a Índia globalizada. Na tela, filmes que oferecem um panorama atual do cinema indiano, com um olhar tanto para a tradição milenar quanto a cultura contemporânea daquele país. Sob a curadoria da diretora e produtora Carina Bini, a mostra exibe dez filmes, a grande maioria premiada pelo “National Award”, importante premiação do cinema indiano, e por outros festivais.
