Exhibit shows the history of the Cine Brasília through movie posters.

Until February 15^th, the subway station in 106 Sul, in Asa Sul, will be holding an exhibit showcasing the history of the Cine Brasília movie theater with posters of movies and events held at the cinema throughout the years.

Until February 15th, those who pass through the 106 Sul Station of the Metrô / Cine Brasília will be able to appreciate a bit of the history of the first and largest cinema hall in the Distrito Federal, with the exhibition “Posters Cine Brasília”. The initiative is a partnership between the Department of Culture and Creative Economy of the Distrito Federal (Secec) with the administration of Metrô-DF

With an archive of posters from several festivals, shows, in addition to regional, national and international films shown on the screen of one of the most traditional cinemas around the country still in operation, the exhibition brings together 44 posters, divided into four thematic categories: Productions from Brasilia (as Amor ao Quadrado, by René Sampaio, and Fuga sem Destino, by Afonso Brazza), National Movies (Arabia, by Affonso Uchoa and João Dumans), International Movies (Hounded, by Jean-Luc Godard) and Film Festivals and Exhibitions (with Festival de Brasília posters and other Cine Brasília events).

Com registro de imagens de diversos festivais, mostras, além de filmes regionais, nacionais e internacionais exibidos nas telas de um dos mais tradicionais cinemas do país em funcionamento, a mostra reúne ao todo 44 pôsteres, divididos em quatro categorias temáticas. : Produções de Brasília (como Amor ao Quadrado, de René Sampaio, e Fuga sem Destino, de Afonso Brazza), Sucessos da Crítica Nacional (Arábia, de Affonso Uchoa e João Dumans), Sucessos da Crítica Internacional (Perseguido, de Jean-Luc Godard) e Festivais e Exposições de Cinema (com pôsteres da FBCB e outros eventos do Cine Brasília).
