The Spanish Ambassador to Brazil, Mr. Fernando García Casas, delivered to Central Única das Favelas no DF (CUFA DF) 4,541 “Cestas Basicas” (Basic needs grocery package) donated by the Spanish company “Fundación MAPFRE”.

The delivery of the basic needs grocery packages took place on Tuesday, March 30th, at 3 p.m. at QS 304, set 03, lot 01, Samambaia Sul, DF.

“Fundación MAPFRE”, with over 40 years of experience, aims to contribute to the formation of citizens and disseminate values ​​and culture to the MAPFRE community and for society as a whole, with the implementation of innovative initiatives distributed in five areas of activity: Social Action, Culture, Health Promotion, Prevention, Road Safety, and Insurance and Social Security.

CUFA (Central Única das Favelas) is a nationally and internationally recognized Brazilian organization in the political, social, sporting and cultural spheres which was created 20 years ago. It was created from the collaboration of young people from various favelas, mainly black people, who sought spaces to express their attitudes, questions or simply their will to live.

O Embaixador da Espanha no Brasil, o Sr. Fernando García Casas, realizou uma entrega à Central Única das Favelas no DF (CUFA DF) de 4.541 cestas básicas doadas pela empresa espanhola “Fundación MAPFRE”.

A entrega das cestas básicas ocorreu na terça-feira 30 de março, às 15h na QS 304, conjunto 03, lote 01, Samambaia Sul, DF.

A Fundación MAPFRE, com mais de 40 anos de experiência, tem por objetivo contribuir com a formação do cidadão e disseminar valores e cultura para a comunidade MAPFRE e para a sociedade como um todo, com a realização de iniciativas inovadoras distribuídas em cinco focos de atuação: Ação Social, Cultura, Promoção de Saúde, Prevenção e Segurança Viária e Seguro e Previdência Social.

A CUFA (Central Única das Favelas) é uma organização brasileira reconhecida nacional e internacionalmente nos âmbitos político, social, esportivo e cultural que existe há 20 anos. Foi criada a partir da união entre jovens de várias favelas, principalmente negros, que buscavam espaços para expressarem suas atitudes, questionamentos ou simplesmente sua vontade de viver.
