On December 20, the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, along with members of the Pakistani Christian community, participated in the Sunday service of the First Baptist Church of Sobradinho (PIBS – Block 3 – Lot Esp. Nº 1 – Sobradinho, Brasília – DF, 73030-030) with the objective of promoting interfaith harmony.

At the request of Pastor Washington Luiz da Silva, Ms. Robina Asghar and Mr. Naveed Asghar (Brazilians of Pakistani origin) conducted, respectively, a special prayer and a speech citing universal fellowship and praying for the well-being and prosperity of all Brazilians and Pakistanis.

A pedido do Pastor Washington Luiz da Silva, a Sra. Robina Asghar e o Sr. Naveed Asghar (brasileiros de origem paquistanesa) realizaram, respectivamente, uma oração especial e um discurso citando a confraternização universal e rogando pelo bem-estar e prosperidade
de todos brasileiros e paquistaneses.
