Bahrain’s ambassador to Brazil, Mr. Bader Abbas Alhelaibi, together with his wife, ambassadress Yusra Allaith, received guests for lunch on August 29, 2023.
Members of the Brazilian press attended the event, including professionals from TV networks, printed newspapers and media outlets. Everyone was received at the official residence, in the Lago Sul neighborhood of Brasília.
After the arrival of the guests, Ambassador Bader Abbas Alhelaibi gave a welcome speech and highlighted the growth of his country’s relations with Brazil. Afterwards, the president of the Brazilian Association of Journalists and Communicators in the International Area – ABRAJINTER, Mrs. Fabiana Ceyhan, spoke to everyone about the importance of press coverage on international issues and thanked the ambassador of Bahrain for the initiative to promote the meeting with the professionals in the field.
Afterwards, ambassador Bader Abbas Alhelaibi invited everyone to taste typical foods from his country, prepared with mastery by a specialized chef, who was cumplimented by the guests. The ambassador, his wife and other members of the Bahraini embassy were highly praised for the success of the event.
