The Embassy of Egypt celebrated the National Day of its country on July 23 2025, when hundreds of guests were at Villa Riza event place to congratulate the ambassador of Egypt, Ms. Mai Taha Khalil and other Egyptians diplomats and attachés for the important occasion.

Brazilian authorities, ambassadors, diplomats, businessmen, journalists and members of Brasilia’s society were among the guests.
Ambassadors and Defense Attachés from many countries were at the event.

After the guests’ arrival, the anthems of Brazil and Egypt were played and after it the ambassador Mai Taha Khalil gave a speech greeting everyone and highlighting the good diplomatic and business relations with Brazil. The representative of the Brazilian Federal Government, Mr.Antônio Augusto Martins Cesar, Director of the Africa Department of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also gave a speech and congratulated ambassador Mai Taha Khalil for the important date. He highlighted the strong friendship of Brazil and Egypt.
Guests were then invited to watch a video about the beautiful new museum inaugurated in Egypt, which will undoubtedly attract thousands of visitors each year. After the video, several groups of guests took photos celebrating unity and joy at the event. A celebratory dinner was then served in different areas of the social hall.

In a warm atmosphere, everyone congratulated the Egyptian Ambassador, Ms. Mai Taha Khalil, and other Egyptian diplomats and attachés on the success of the beautiful celebration!
