Oswaldo Montenegro is coming to Brasília with his new tour “Celebrating 50 Years on the Road” on October 25 and 26 at the Ulysses Convention Center.

Oswaldo Viveiros Montenegro is a Brazilian musician who, in addition to being a singer, composes soundtracks for theater plays, ballets, film, and television. He also writes books and plays.
Celebrating 50 years of artistic life, the artist presents his new tour with an exciting and varied show. The audience following Montenegro’s journey will see him interact throughout the performance with images of his life and career projected on a large screen. They will also watch the minstrel playing multiple instruments simultaneously, as he alternates between six and twelve-string guitars on stage, and appears at the piano in the images. In Brasília, the singer will perform on October 25 and 26 at the Ulysses Convention Center, at 9:30 PM.
In this show, hits like “Bandolins”(Mandolins), “A Lista”(The List), “Lua e Flor”(Moon and Flower), “Intuição”(Intuition), and the newly released “Lembrei de Nós”(I remembered us) and “O melhor da vida ainda vai acontecer”(The best in life is yet to come) will be interwoven with stories and virtual scenes, revealing the origins of the songs and exposing the secrets of the artist’s inspirations and adventures.
The show will also feature the eternal partner in his journeys, Madalena Salles, the minstrel’s flutist sister, whom the vast audience has come to love as if she were family.
Another brilliant musician, multi-instrumentalist Alexandre Meu Rei, will also join the celebration. The special attraction will be the multi-instrumentalist Milton Guedes, an artist who began with Oswaldo and returns to perform with the master.
Masterfully recounting the charm and contradictions of our capital, he has become its symbol poet, demonstrating to the world that this is not just a political center, but also a place born from a dream, formed by Brazilians from all corners.
This mix makes Brasília a kind of synthesis deserving of the love that this minstrel dedicates to it, forged by this cultural melting pot.

Comemorando 50 anos de vida artística, o artista apresenta sua nova turnê com um espetáculo emocionante e variado. Além de assistir ao Menestrel tocando simultaneamente mais de um instrumento, já que no palco ele se reveza entre os violões de 6 e de 12 cordas e nas imagens aparece ao piano. Em Brasília, o cantor se apresenta nos dias 25 e 26 de outubro no Centro de Convenções Ulysses, às 21h30.
