The art exhibition “Natureza inventada” (Invented nature), by Carlos Vergara, will be on display until July 28, Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, at CCBB Brasília, in Setor de Clubes Esportivos Sul, Asa Sul.
The exhibition features four sculptures by Carlos Vergara, selected from a recent production by the artist. The sculptures are made of corten steel and reflect the plastic and conceptual proximity of his paintings to the three-dimensional.
The work is born of the artist’s interest in nature and cuts in the corten steel, creating a connection with stems. Its leaked structures create a harmonious conviviality between work, spectator and landscape.
