The exhibition “Instante – Cores Gravadas” by artist Tomie Ohtake will be on display until May 4 at the Centro Cultural do Tribunal de Contas da União – TCU (Cultural Center), in Asa Sul.

The exhibition has about 70 works that show how the engraving has always been an inexhaustible field of experiences for the Japanese artist.

Mrs. Ohtake mastered the technique of engraving when she was already considered a great painter in the late 1960s.

Tomie Ohtake passed away in February 2015, but is still remembered for the talent she had and her works.
