The art exhibition “Cerrado Esperança” exhibition goes until April 17th at Casa Thomas Jefferson Hall in Asa Sul, in two different times. From Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The Cerrado is a large Brazilian biome, occupying almost all of the central-west region, where Brasília is located. It is also the second largest biome in South America.
Then the exhibition brings works documenting the destruction caused by the fire in Chapada dos Veadeiros, which has Cerrado as its biome.
The artist, Théa Sisson, likes to reveal much of man’s relation to nature on her Works.
