Photographer Claudia Godoy has gained recognition for her beautiful photographic work in exhibitions held in partnership with some embassies based in Brasília. In 2024, among her works, the photographer held two exhibitions at the Legislative Assembly of the Federal District.

In partnership with the Embassy of Slovenia, Mrs. Cláudia Godoy accompanied and recorded important social and professional support work carried out in the state of Pará. There, ambassador Mateja Kracun led a project to create beehives, making honey production generate jobs and income for needy communities. The beauty of the Amazon region and the implementation of the project were beautifully captured by Cláudia Godoy’s lens and presented to the public in an exhibition held in June, with the presence of ambassador Mateja Kracun and several foreign ambassadors, as well as Brazilian authorities, businesspeople, artists and intellectuals.

Another work of recognized beauty was the exhibition on Trinidad and Tobago, which also took place in the second semester of 2024 at the Legislative Assembly (Câmara Legislativa do Distrito Federal). At the invitation of Ambassador Gerard Greene, Mrs.Cláudia Godoy visited the country and recorded the beauty and joy of a people who express happiness and positive energy.
Ambassador Gerard Greene spoke at the event and thanked everyone for attending the exhibition.
The ambassador emphasized that the exhibition was part of the celebrations for the National Day of his country, which maintains a strong friendship with Brazil. His speech was widely applauded and then the ambassador presented a typical musical instrument from his country: the Steel Drum.
Many of the visitors to the exhibition were unfamiliar with the attractions of Trinidad and Tobago, a country very close to Brazil and the largest economy in the Caribbean region.
Claudia Godoy’s beautiful work presented locations, characteristics and the happiness of the people of Trinidad and Tobago, conveying the message that the country is a great tourist attraction for those seeking the beauty of the Caribbean.
