Ambassador of Botswana, Ms. Tebogo Lily Motshome
The Ambassador of Botswana, Ms. Tebogo Lily Motshome, received guests on the 30th of September for a lunch to celebrate the National Day of Botswana. The beautiful get-together took place in an event space located in the Lago Sul neighborhood of Brasília.

The guests socialized in the social halls, where a large screen showed videos about that beautiful country. Among the guests were Brazilian government authorities, foreign ambassadors, diplomats, businessmen, journalists and members of Brasilia society. All were warmly welcomed by Ambassador Tebogo Lily Motshome and other Botswana diplomats and attachés.

The anthems of Brazil and Botswana were played and then Ambassador Tebogo Lily Motshome gave a speech on the importance of the National Day of her country and also on the strong relations with Brazil. Her speech was followed by the speech by the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, Ambassador Ana Paula Simões Silva. The two made a toast in honor of the friendship between the two countries.

Guests were invited to enjoy a lunch that included typical Botswana cuisine. In an atmosphere of joy and relaxation, everyone fraternized and congratulated Ambassador Tebogo Lily Motshome and other members of the Embassy of Botswana for the beautiful celebration.
