One of the most anticipated adventures of the year arrives in Brazilian cinemas. The movie Blue Beetle, released by Warner Bros Pictures, brings action and adventure scenes, with special effects and a good pinch of humor. The film features Brazilian actress Bruna Marquezine in the cast.
First live-action of the superhero Blue Beetle, whose first appearance was in comics in 1939, the film is directed by Angel Manuel Soto from a script by Mexican writer Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer. The film’s cast also includes George Lopez (“The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl”), Adriana Barraza (“Rambo: Last Blood,” “Babel”) and Damián Alcazar (“The Chronicles of Narnia”).
About the movie:
Newly graduated, Jaime Reyes returns home full of expectations for the future, but soon discovers that his home is no longer the same. As he tries to find his purpose in the world, fate intervenes and hands Jaime an ancient relic of alien biotechnology – the Scarab.
