The new G7 Comedy Group show “E Homem serve pra quê? (“What Are Men For?) already had over 2600 spectators in just two weekends! And tickets are selling out so fast that this Saturday, December 6th, at 9:30 PM, there will be an EXTRA SESSION at the Teatro La Salle – 906 Sul. And more: the 60% discount on tickets has been extended until Friday (December 5th)!
The season is short and the comedy promises to be one of the biggest successes in the Company’s history, with daring, hilarious, and even conceptual scenes.
The New Man
The play is made up of comedic sketches that entertain but also propose an important reflection on the role of men in the society in which we live. Just reading the scene titles is enough to understand how hilarious the male world is! For example: “The Origin of Patriarchy,” “Mixed Sauna,” “If You Were Me,” “Training for Men,” and “The Injured.”
The themes are intentionally conceived and staged to honor women, especially the memory of the actor/author Rodolfo Cordón’s aunt, Lourdes Bandeira, a sociologist and the leading academic authority on gender violence in Brazil.
Women will love it!

O Novo Homem
A peça é feita de esquetes cômicas que divertem mas também propõem uma reflexão importante sobre o papel do homem na sociedade em que vivemos.
Basta ler os títulos das cenas para entender o quão hilário é o mundo masculino! Por exemplo: “A Origem do Patriarcado”, “Sauna Mista”, “Se Você fosse Eu”, “Adestramento para Homens” e “Os Lesionados”. Os temas são propositadamente pensados e encenados para homenagear as mulheres, em especial, à memória da tia do ator/autor Rodolfo Cordón, Lourdes Bandeira, doutora socióloga e maior referência acadêmica sobre violência de gênero no Brasil.
