Caixa Cultural Brasília will be holding a workshop offering an immersion in textile art through observation of nature and the work of artist Norberto Nicola, a leading figure in contemporary tapestry and one of the names featured in the exhibition “Our Brazils – Between Dream and Reality”.
The workshop is free and during the activity, participants will learn basic tapestry techniques using burlap, wool yarn and various materials, experimenting with compositions that combine color, texture and movement.
More than just a manual practice, the workshop stimulates artistic perception and dialogue between art and nature. Each participant will be invited to create their own tapestry inspired by organic forms, exploring the balance between gesture, rhythm and material. The workshop is an opportunity to reconnect artisanal craftsmanship with contemporary sensibility.

Caixa Cultural oferece curso de Tapeçaria Orgânica
A Caixa Cultural Brasília estará realizando uma oficina propondo uma imersão na arte têxtil a partir da observação da natureza e da obra do artista Norberto Nicola, referência em tapeçaria contemporânea e um dos nomes presentes na exposição Nossos Brasis – Entre o Sonho e a Realidade.
A oficina é gratuita e durante a atividade, os participantes aprenderão técnicas básicas de tapeçaria utilizando talagarça, fios de lã e materiais diversos, experimentando composições que unem cor, textura e movimento.
Mais do que uma prática manual, a oficina estimula a percepção artística e o diálogo entre arte e natureza. Cada participante será convidado a criar sua própria tapeçaria inspirada em formas orgânicas, explorando o equilíbrio entre o gesto, o ritmo e a matéria.
