The Swiss Ambassador to Brazil, Mr. Pietro Lazzeri, received journalists on April 12 2023 for a press conference.

Representatives of Brazil’s main media outlets were present and received information from the ambassador about the development of his country’s relations with Brazil. Switzerland has growing foreign trade with Brazil and Swiss companies from various sectors have operated in the country for decades.
The ambassador answered many questions from journalists.
After the press conference, the president and the vice president of ABRAJINTER (Associação Brasileira dos Jornalistas e Comunicadores da Área Internacional e Diplomática), Mrs. Fabiana Ceyhan and Mr. Milton Atanásio, gave to ambassador Pietro Lazzeri a decoration for his outstanding work with the Brazilian press and media outlets. Member of ABRAJINTER and Director of THE GUIDE Business Consultancy, Mr. Pedro Paulo Moreira was also at the decoration.
Then, everyone was invited by the ambassador to taste the typical cuisine of that beautiful European country.
The traditional Swiss cuisine included the famous cheese, of course!
