The Ambassador of the Dominican Republic, Patricia Villegas de Jorge, held a spring lunch with ambassadors accredited in Brazil, with the aim of exchanging ideas on bilateral cooperation between all the countries they represent.
The event was attended by ambassadors from: Bangladesh; Botswana; Bulgaria; Denmark; Spain; Finland; Haiti; Lebanon; Luxembourg; Nicaragua; Romania; Senegal; Sweden; Suriname; Vietnam; and Venezuela.
Strengthening female leadership in the foreign relations service and highlighting the role played by ambassadors in different power scenarios was one of the points discussed at the meeting.
Subsequently, the ambassadors proceeded to plant 4 yellow ipê trees, which will remain as a souvenir in the gardens of the embassy.

Posteriormente, os embaixadores procederam ao plantio de 4 ipês amarelos, que ficarão como recordação nos jardins da embaixada.
