EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Law by Associação de Ensino Unificado do Distrito Federal – AEUDF, Brasília, 2003. I had worked as a conciliator in the Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal in the years 2002 and 2003. I have postgraduate’s degrees in Criminal Law and Public Law by Instituto Processus, Brasília DF. I also have a postgraduate degree in Labor Law by Instituto Projeção, Brasília DF. I am a member of Ordem dos Advogados do Brazil (Brazilian Bar Association) since the year 2003.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration by Associação de Ensino Unificado do Distrito Federal – AEUDF, Brasília, 1991. I have worked in the fields of Administration, Marketing and Sales for over 30 years. Actually I am the President of THE GUIDE Business Consultancy, a company specialized in consulting services for the Diplomatic Corps in Brasilia DF Brazil.

These are the services that I and my associates can provide:

Consultancy services in the Brazilian Labor Law, including:

a) Advising on labor contracts for the hiring of Brazilian employees to work in the embassies and international organizations;
b) Previous checking of the necessary documentation for the hiring process;
c) Drafting Labor contracts in Portuguese and English, and
d) Providing of legal orientation for the termination of labor contracts.

1) LEGAL SERVICES CONSULTANCY

I will respond in writing or verbally to questions relating to Brazilian law, in particular the nature of civil, tax, labor, immigration law, administrative, import and export law.

Services include:

– Preparation of correspondence and reports of interest to the embassies and international organizations;
– Evaluation of the records of companies incorporated in Brazil.

 

 2) ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES

 Monitoring and representing of the interests of the embassies and international organizations and its diplomats in administrative matters. Services include examination of many contracts as insurance contracts, water bills, electric bills, real estate and others.

 

3) CIVIL CASES

Monitoring and representing of the interests of the embassies and international organizations and its diplomats in civil matters where they appear as authors or defendants, including actions related to consumer protection, real estate and damage repair, etc et al. 

 


4) LABOR CASES

Representing the embassies and international organizations in labor cases throughout the country. Such services include preparation of Defense, Representation at Hearings, Appeals and Injunctions in all courts and High Courts.
