As part of the series of famous gastronomic events in Brasilia, MimoBar promotes another day of “Merenda” in the external area of Funarte. On April 6 and 7, it is Poke time in the city.

Poke (pronounced poh-kay) is the bowl of the moment. Like so many kinds of cuisines before it, from Mexican to Mediterranean, the traditional Hawaiian dish has made its way into mainstream fast-casual restaurants. Fast-casual poke tends to come with a variety of colorful sauces, piles of crunchy toppings, and a slew of bases, from rice to lettuce to kale noodles.

During the event, Tropical Salmon Poke (with rice, salmon, carrot, mango, kani salad, peanuts, banana chips, chives and sesame), Ahi Poke, which comes with tuna, purple onion and avocado and Veggie (brown rice, mushroom mix, carrot, Japanese cucumber, avocado, sweet potato chips, crunchy garlic, chives and sesame) will be in the menu.
