Tattoos had begun part of the reputed Cicero Tattoo when he was 14 years old. Cicero started to tattoo by hand over his friend’s and family’s skin using his own house as a studio. With the pass of time, Cicero perfected his technique and skills and, more and more, his love for the Tattoo Art.

On the beginning of 1986, Cicero Tattoo built his own tattoo studio inside the small shopping Cine Lara, becoming the first Tattoo studio in Taguatinga, city close to Brasilia.

After 3 years, Cicero moved into the store “The Bull Dog”, an alternative surf wear store placed at block 112 Asa Sul, in Plano Piloto, Brasilia central.

In the same year, Cicero Tattoo established his studio at block 307 Asa Norte which is also in Plano Piloto, where he stays until now.

Cicero began to teach his son Hugo all his skills and techniques developed by him all this years to make sure his art work will continue with his standard of quality.

Hugo started his promiser career when he was 10 years old in 1995 drawing, organizing materials and tools at the studio and doing temporary tattoos. He was considered one of the youngest tattooists in Brasilia. Hugo Tattoo perfected his skills gradually until he becomes one of the best professionals into tattoo in Brasilia recognized today.

Today Cicero Tattoo ofers more than the tattoo art but also pircings, skin pigmentation and definitive make-up to attend every kind of situation.

Cicero Tattoo and Hugo Tattoo built together one of most respected tattoo studios in Brasilia, where they have a lot of different tattoo taste clients which are formed by teenagers, university students, medics, managers, lawyers, the biggest part women and people who have no prejudice but admire this ancient art form.
