The play As Pontes de Madison (The Bridges of Madison) is being performed at Centro Cultural Banco do Brazil every weekend until March 21. The Brazilian assembly for the novel by Robert James Waller - The Bridges of Madison is directed by Regina Galdino with adaptation of Alexander Tenorio. The play tells the story of Francesca, played by Denise Del Vecchio, a married woman who becomes involved with Robert Kincaid (Marcos Caruso), a photographer for National Geographic magazine that goes to the county of Madison, Iowa, USA, to record images of the famous covered bridges.
